This establishment does not even deserve a 1 star review. Absolutely DISGUSTED with their service and the fact that they can't get a SIMPLE order right.
Worst McDonald's ever. My special order burger was given to a other customer so it was a 20 min. wait. I can deal with mistakes. Everyone makes them. Then I watched as a woman with long black hair played with her long black hair while other workers filled orders. She clipped her hair up and started scooping fries...no hand washing or gloves. I was grateful that my fries were cd and in the bag prior to this. I'll never return!
Always a problem with the drive thru, orders are NEVER correct and on a handful of occasions you have strung out heroin addicts either in your restrooms or right outside the building. $15/hr?..... you don't even deserve minimum wage.
Between the mostly only Spanish speaking staff, the poor service, the manager with freakishly Frito scoops snapped fingernails... it's a disaster. Don't even get me started on how bad the food is... seriously how do you mess up a cheeseburger.... also... they water down the orange juice
Good young staff that actually cares and attempts to get accurate orders out in a timely fashion. The one occasion I had an error with my order a young lady who was the manager apologized multiple times and said I will make it myself as I watched her walk back put rubber gloves on and remake my burger correctly in 40 seconds. That's what I'm talking about! I find myself in these places watching Young employees not care about anything and make me wait helplessly for cold fries as I hyper analyze the inefficient way in which the place operates LOL. This place is the polar opposite and worth a visit. The facility was pretty clean ample parking and the bathrooms were okay.
