Great work honest about everything that needed to be done had a great guarantee on everything from accident, they fixed right away when parts arrived. they are very honest and reliable . They deal with your insurance for you .They don't mess with your insurance company they are honest with them ,as other do the owner is usually on hand as well as the other family members who run the business, so you know there is family pride in how it runs and how customers are treated whenever you walk in the door there's always greeting with a smile and a how can we help you today. Now as a woman I felt very comfortable with their assessment of any work I needed done and they say there done when they say the work will be done, not a couple more days here or a couple more days there . So very honest, just like Old-Time Auto (OTA in Lacey ) .

Honest, professional, and courteous. New Jersey has a bad rep for mechanics and autobody workers due to dishonesty.
