I always find what I want! They are my garden centre. Also, Ace Hardware is my Go-to hardware store. Both stores are always the best.
Staff is always accommodating, courteous and helpful -they go the extra mile.
I ordered an item online for store pick up. I called the store, customer service twice, and corporate once and still have not received my refund for an item I never even had in my possession. they have stated all 4 times that a refund would be issued and it still has not. First and LAST time I use Ace hardware. Great customer service guys!!!
