It's very small compared to the Toms River location, but the staff definitely makes up for it. There are plenty of tables for reading/studying. They have a cute kid center with 2 computers and a section of kids books. They are always running programs for kids and adults. They also have computers for adults, and possibly printers as well, although I haven't used them.
